Cape to Cape Education is growing and so too are our options for Adventure and education camps across Western Australia.
We can now offer immersive Adventure Camps to the following locations:
Maragaret River – West Australia’s South West Region
Tucked in the beautiful South West corner of Western Australia The Cape to Cape Track stretches between lighthouses at Cape Naturaliste in the north and Cape Leeuwin in the south, where the Indian meets the Southern Ocean.
It meanders through towering forests. Dreamy white-sand beaches. Six hundred million-year-old granite cliffs and marbles. And scenic coastal paths lined with the region’s iconic orchids and wildflowers. You’ll spy humpback whales leaping and surfers riding giant waves. The Track is also home to an incredibly rich diversity of wildlife, with a fascinating indigenous and European history.
Adventure Activities include:
- Walking sections of the stunning Cape to Cape track
- Kayaking on the Margaret River (Woodichup Bilya)
- Surf lessons in tone of the best surf spots in WA
- Caving exploration in one of the regions famous and unique caves
- High ropes, climbing and abseiling
Albany – West Australia’s Great Southern Region
Visit Albany, the Oldest Colonial Settlement in Western Australia, with a rich Naval and cultural history. Albany boasts a stunning natural Geography, with a plethora of stunning views and wild oceans.
With the Porongurup’s just a stones throw away Albany offers a range of challenging and rewarding walks. A range of guided bush walks from beginner to advanced with distances varying from 2-20km.
Multiple activity options are available including but not limited to Canoeing, Raft Making, Archery, Geocaching.
Cultural visits include the National Anzac Centre, Princess Royal Fortress, Mount Clarence memorial, Whaling station and National Wildlife Park.
Kalbarri – West Australia’s Mid-West Region
Located at the mouth of the Murchison River, Kalbarri boasts an ideal climate with opportunities for fishing, swimming & many coastal activities that can be enjoyed year round.
There’s also some amazing Wildflower & Humpback Whale action during the right seasons.
The varied landscapes of this region provide access to rugged inland gorges and some dramatic coastal cliffs, sensational beaches and the tranquility of the Murchison River
Activities include: Gorge Walking, Whale watching, Abseiling, Canoeing

Exmouth & The Ninglaoo – West Australia’s North west Region – The Pilbara
Exmouth is a small town located on Western Australia’s North West Cape. It’s a gateway to the magical Ningaloo Marine Park with coral reefs, colourful fish and migratory whale sharks. The Cape Range National Park has sheer cliffs and red, rocky gorges. On the Cape’s northwest coast, Jurabi Coastal Reserve’s tidal rock pools, beaches and seasonal nesting grounds for marine turtles
It really is where the desert meets the reef. This spectacular landscape will inspire and create memories to last a lifetime.
Activities include: Gorge Walking, Whale watching, Canoeing, Snorkelling, Whale Shark tours

Education and Curriculum:
The unique landscapes and location of Margert River provide excellent opportunities to transform classroom learning into hands on knowledge.
Working with schools we can design programs to fit in with curriculum requirements. We have experience working alongside ATAR subjects here in Australia along with UK based Syllabus’ and International baccalaureate criteria.
Subjects include: Geology, Geography, Biology, Earth Science, Outdoor Education
Conservation and Environmental protection values and ethos
At Cape to Cape Education we are passionate about the environment and conserving the natural world for future generations.
We believe in fostering a love of place and nature, a sense of belonging and ecological responsibility that students take away with them to their own communities.
We aspire to engage, educate and empower young people to become advocates for the environment and encourage them to participate in conservation practices to protect the fragile natural world.
ALL of our Margaret River Adventure camps and Educational packages will involve an element of ‘Giving back’ working alongside local volunteer organisations to help protect this fragile environment.
We are committed to the protection of Boodja and share this responsibility.
Schools and Youth Groups can contribute as a part of their camp to environmental protection and conservation on Boodja.
Activities include:
Bush Regeneration – Brushing, planting, removal of non-native invasive weeds.
Beach Clean ups – Collecting plastic and other waste from our beaches – To be used to create a visual arts piece.
